Abstract This study examines the role of Digital Supply Chain Management (DSCM) on operational efficiency and economic growth within delivery companies operating in Mosul. Driven by rapid digitalization and the increasing need for resilient logistics systems, the research analyzes how six DSCM dimensions—Information and System Integration, Traceability and Transparency, Big Data Analytics and AI, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Platforms and Collaboration, and Resilience and Responsiveness—shape firm-level performance. A structured questionnaire administered to employees across three major delivery firms, and statistical analyses conducted using correlation tests, multiple regression, Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) diagnostics, and interaction analysis.
Results reveal strong and significant correlations between all DSCM dimensions and operational efficiency, while regression outcomes indicate that Information and System Integration is the only dimension with a unique significant effect, highlighting its foundational role. Multicollinearity and interaction effects further demonstrate that DSCM functions as an integrated system rather than independent components. Beyond operational outcomes, the study shows that DSCM contributes to broader economic development through productivity gains, reduced transaction costs, expansion of e-commerce, employment generation, and strengthened value chains. The findings underscore the strategic role of digital technologies in enhancing firm competitiveness and supporting sustainable economic recovery in Mosul. Implications for managerial practice and policy development also presented.

To process the data and information, a number of statistical methods were used, including (frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, response intensity, confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency, and questionnaire reliability measurement), using ready-made statistical software such as SPSS version 27 and AMOS version 24. To test the hypotheses regarding the correlation and influence between the main dimensions and variables and their respective dimensions. Abstract The research seeks to understand the role of holistic marketing in achieving marketing sustainability, which significantly contributes to improving marketing sustainability. Due to the importance of the topic, a vital sector in the northern region (dairy products) was chosen because of the high demand for its products. The study was conducted on a selected group of dairy factories in the northern region. To achieve the objectives and address the research problem, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire was used, and its indicators confirmed the nature of the relationship between the research variables through a hypothetical scheme. The research sample included (104) employees working in the dairy factories. The research concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation and effect between holistic marketing and marketing sustainability at the macro and micro levels. The most important proposal reached is to strengthen community partnerships by building strategic relationships with the community, customers, civil society organizations, and regulatory bodies to support marketing initiatives with a sustainable social character, and to adopt performance indicators for marketing sustainability. It is important that the factories studied adopt clear indicators to measure the extent of their achievement of marketing sustainability, such as long-term customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and the environmental impact of marketing operations.

Abstract This study aims to assess the effect of effective use of digital media on cultural marketing and the success factors of a successful marketing process. The researchers used a descriptive exploratory methodology based on questionnaire administered to sample of eighty specialists pertaining to fields of culture and media. This conceptual framework utilizing an applied research methodology seeks to explore digital platforms dealing with culture and the effects on cultural awareness and cultural affecting behaviour of a sample of users of these digital platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
The study made several important findings, including that content quality, specifically the quantity and type of content represented by knowledge, storytelling and call to interaction, is related to digital engagement, specifically comments and shares. These factors were key in turning digital interest into a genuine desire to engage with and taste cultural goods. The research also found technological barriers like financial and legislative impediment to intellectual property which diminish cultural institution’s ability to invest digital media sufficiently efficiently as well as infrastructural impediment.
The study recommends that agencies of cultural industries and productions must recognize and invest in the diverse potentials of digital media for cultural marketing at the local and international levels. This also means these institutions will have to have strategies, policies and capacities that will allow them to take scientific and practical measures in relation to the processes of marketing cultural products.
